Operate commercial laundry machines Order and maintained inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies. Provide inventories of expendable supplies to Housekeeping Director according to department policy. Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met. Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required. Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service. Providing training to the housekeeping staff. Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.

Assure that adequate supply of clean linen is maintained at all times and assist Manager of Housekeeping and Laundry. •Delegate responsibilities to employees adequately to ensure effective and appropriate accomplishment of tasks as needed. •Complete inventories online and laundry supplies, load counts and necessary forms and submit to Manager on a regular basis. •Operate commercial laundry machine. •Ensure preventive maintenance is performed. •Prepare work schedule to assure proper staffing levels. •Requisition and maintain adequate level of supply.
