About Candidate

-I am a responsible, reliable, punctual, creative thinker, organized, optimistic, flexible, fun, passionate, go getter and love to work in a team.
-With my culinary education from college and 7 years of 5* kitchen experience in various organizations such as Tamarind group of Hotels, Karen country and Golf club, have had the chance to learn, grow and work in areas of high-end guests, mass volume of guests of up to 3000 pax under high pressure environments. Also have had a chance to work at a national hospital where we were preparing servings of up to 2000pax. This was a big plus as I gained dietary food knowledge.
-I have managed to grow up the professional ladder to De Partie position in the Pastry department. Also I am competent in other kitchen departments hence can work all round. I also have had an achievement in getting to teach kids some kitchen basics during the holidays.
-Last but not least, I possess strong communication skills and use my own initiative to get work done. With my experience and skills set I shall use them to coordinate and cooperate with my seniors for quality food production. This includes keeping calm during high pressure seasons. I shall take the opportunity to learn from the best and blend well with your team.
