Prior to this, I worked as a Waiter at Havila Resort Sagana, where I executed top-quality customer service, maintained seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, competently utilized the POS, and assisted in training newly hired waiters/waitresses to ensure superior customer service and conflict resolution strategies were implemented to maintain customer loyalty.

I hold a Certificate in Food and Beverage Production, Service and Sales from Masai Technical Training Institute, and I have completed training in Food and Beverage Production and Service and Sales at Hotel Starbucks.
